In his 35-year real estate brokerage career, Gordon J. Greene, Manager of Accelerated Marketing of Chartwell Real Estate Auctions, has been one of the pioneers in implementing real estate auction strategy with such innovations as, the residential scattered site sale, offering of commercial properties at auction, and the national commercial auction format. Gordon has been involved in over 1,100 real estate auctions in 40 states, the provinces of Canada, as well as the Bahamas, yielding sales of commercial and unique real property in excess of $3.75 billion. Prior to joining Hanna Commercial Real Estate & Chartwell Real Estate Auctions, Gordon was the president of Sheldon Good & Co. Auctions, Inc.
The National Association of Realtors awarded Gordon the prestigious Campbell Trophy for the most creative commercial real estate transaction in the nation for two consecutive years for 1974 and 1975.
Additionally, the National Auctioneers Association honored him with the Auction of the Year 2000 Award. Gordon has represented realty owners in auction throughout the U.S. Offerings include Forest City Enterprises; The Bernstein Companies, Western & Southern Life Assurance, BP Oil, Owens Illinois Corporation, as well numerous Banks and Financial Intermediaries.
Gordon received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois. He also taught Real Estate Auction Strategies for 20 years at the Missouri Auction School.

Ross “Buddy” Barton III is a first generation auctioneer from Wooster, Ohio who conducts most of his business in the greater Cleveland, Ohio area. In 2008, he took over as the front man for Rosen and Company Inc. and is now a part owner of the 100 year old auction company. Buddy attended Waltons School of Auctioneering in late 2006 and served an apprenticeship in Wayne and Ashland, Ohio. He also holds a valid real estate license in the State of Ohio that he received in 2007 after attending Hondros College of Business in Cleveland, Oh. He is also a current member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, The National Auctioneers Association, and The Machinery Dealers National Association. Buddy is very involved in his local community and also conducts numerous Charity and Special Event Auctions for Northeast Ohio local charities including The Lake Erie Monsters at the Quicken Loans Arena. Buddy specializes in Industrial Machinery, construction equipment, commercial real estate and business liquidations. He resides in Wooster, Ohio along with his wife Tammy and two children. Buddy is also enrolled in the Certified Auctioneers Institute program through the NAA which starts in March of 2017. He is also candidate for the NE Ohio director position for the OAA which will be voted on Sunday, January 15th, 2017.
Jeff Kiko is a third-generation member of the Kiko family and has been with the company since 2000. He is a member of the Ohio Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Stark County Association of Realtors and National Auctioneers Association. Jeff is a 2001 graduate of Marlington High School, a graduate of the Missouri Auction School in 2003 and a graduate from the Hondros College for Real Estate in 2002. In 2014, Jeff was in the top 10% company-wide in total sales, and hopes to continue his success in selling farms, houses, equipment, antiques and firearms.

Geno Kiko is a third-generation member of the Kiko family and has been with the company since 2000. Geno is the son of Gene Kiko and enjoys working with his dad on a daily basis. His area of auction specialty includes, but it not limited to, vacant, agricultural and hunting land as well as antiques and collectibles.
Geno is a 2000 graduate of Sandy Valley High School. He is a graduate of the Missouri Auction School and from the Hondros College for Real Estate.
Eric Bevington has been a full-time with the KIKO Company since 2003. He began his auction career as a set-up crewmember, which lead him to obtaining his auctioneer license in 2010, and eventually his real estate license in 2014. Eric is a member of the National Auctioneers Association and the Ohio Auctioneers Association.
Eric holds a dual Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business and Animal Science from The Ohio State, and graduated from the Repperts School of Auctioneering. He is a Federal Firearms License holder and is a member of the NRA as well as a lifetime member of Whitetails Unlimited. He specializes in auctioning real estate, personal property liquidations, and estates with expertise that spans a wide variety of areas such as: land, farms, residential, commercial, firearms, antiques, and online auctions. He focus is mainly in Tuscarawas County and the surrounding areas.

In 1991 Mac Biggar co-founded Chartwell Group, LLC which today is Hanna Commercial. Prior to that, Mac worked at Colliers International for six years and B.P. America’s Management Training Program for three years. Under Mr. Biggar’s leadership and direction, Hanna Commercial has grown from a three person office to a current team of 90 people. Today, the company is northeastern Ohio’s largest, locallyowned commercial real estate brokerage and consulting firm, and is a multiple winner of the Weatherhead 100 award.

Born and raised in Ashland, Ohio, Andy graduated from Ashland High School and went on to the Ohio State University where he studied Agriculture Education. In 2002, he graduated from the Missouri Auction School and completed his real estate courses from Hondros University in 2003. Since then, Andy has been a full time auctioneer specializing in Agriculture Real Estate and Equipment auctions. He also serves as a contract auctioneer for the Akron Auto Auction, Williams and Williams Auction Company, based in Tulsa Oklahoma, and several other organizations. In 2007, Andy was the Ohio Auctioneers Champion and went on to be runner up twice on the international stage before being named the 2013 International Auctioneer’s Champion. In 2013, he became the co-owner of Real Estate Showcase Auction Company. Andy is a past president of the Ohio Auctioneers Association and received the highest designation an auctioneer can receive at the Certified Auctioneers Institute. Andy and his wife Megan are active on his family farm where he hopes to instill his passion for agriculture in their three sons.
Anna Van Dyke is a third-generation member of the Kiko family and has been full-time with the company since 1986. She received her real estate license in 1998 and her auctioneers license in 2009. She is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Stark County Association of Realtors, Ohio Auctioneers Association, and National Auctioneers Association. Anna also sits on the Stark County Board of Realtors Grievance committee.
