Lori Kiko is a third-generation member of the Kiko family and has been full-time with the company since 1982. She received her Real Estate license in 1982, her Auctioneers license in 1983, and Real Estate Brokers license in 1987. Lori is a past director of the National and State Auctioneer Associations. In 2010, Ohio Governor Strickland appointed Lori to a three-year term as auction commissioner for the Department of Agriculture. In 1997, she won the prestigious International Auctioneer Championship. Lori is a member of the Stark County Association of Realtors, and past director, and 1991 Women’s Council of Realtors president. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and has the G.R.I. designation (Graduate Real Estate Institute). Lori is also a Plain Township Rotarian.
Assisting sellers to reach their real estate goals by offering a diversified service is what Lori does best.
